Refund policy

We want you to love your Pigmentation Experts products. If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hola@pigmentationexperts.com.

Due to the nature of professional skincare and hygiene products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund, minus original shipping costs.

To start a return, email us with your order details and reason for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
